Automation and integrations
Automation and integrations that quietly remove the repeat work.
Forms into CRMs, orders into spreadsheets, signals into alerts. I connect your tools with n8n, Python and webhooks so the boring steps happen on their own and failures are caught.
Good automation is not about wiring as many apps together as possible. It is about finding the steps your team repeats every day, deciding whether a no-code tool or custom code suits them, and building something that retries, logs and tells you when it breaks.
I use n8n and similar tools when they are the quickest honest answer, and write Python or Node services when volume, logic or reliability call for it. The goal is the same: fewer manual steps and no silent failures.
Lead routing and follow-up
A form submission becomes a CRM record, an alert to you and a first reply to the lead, in seconds.
Order and invoice sync
Keep your shop, payment provider, accounting sheet and notifications in step.
Scheduled reports
Daily or weekly summaries pulled from several sources and sent to Telegram or email.
Data scraping and cleanup
Python pipelines that collect, clean and store data on a schedule.
Webhook bridges
Connect tools that don’t talk to each other, with retries and de-duplication.
AI-assisted triage
Summarise, classify and route incoming messages, with a person approving anything important.
Process mapping
Write down the current steps, who does them and what goes wrong, before building anything.
Tool choice
n8n, Zapier, Make or custom code, picked on volume, cost, privacy and who will maintain it.
Workflow build
Clear, documented flows with credentials stored securely.
Reliability
Retries, idempotency, rate-limit handling and queues so duplicates and gaps don’t happen.
Alerts and logs
Errors reported to Telegram or email, with a log you can read.
Handover
Documentation and a short walkthrough so your team can understand and adjust it.

Find the repeat work
A short audit of tasks that are manual, frequent and error-prone.
Choose the approach
No-code, self-hosted n8n or custom code, with the cost and trade-offs explained.
Build one workflow
Start with the highest-value flow, prove it and then extend.
Add safety
Retries, alerts, logging and a fallback so a failure never goes unnoticed.
Document and support
Notes, a walkthrough and optional monthly support.
Pricing models differ
As of 2026, n8n bills per workflow execution, Zapier per task and Make per credit. The same flow can cost very differently on each.
Check the licence
n8n’s free Community Edition is for internal business use. Hosting it so your clients build their own workflows needs a commercial agreement.
Plan for failures
APIs time out and change. Build retries and alerts in from the start.
Don’t automate a broken process
Fix the process first, then automate it.

Appointox
Multi-tenant booking SaaS with subdomain sites, chat bots and an AI phone agent.

TelegramCopy
Telegram-to-MetaTrader copy trading with Stripe billing and queued execution.

VoxPilot
AI outbound calling control panel: agents, campaigns, transcripts and live transfers.
Zapier is fastest to start and fully managed. n8n is cheaper at volume and can be self-hosted. Custom code wins on heavy logic, scale and reliability. I recommend one after reviewing your flows.
Usually yes, through their APIs or webhooks, or with a small service in between.
It retries, then alerts you with the failing step and the data involved, so it can be fixed or replayed.
I document each flow and show your team how to adjust it. For complex pipelines I offer ongoing support.
Yes, for summarising, classifying or drafting, with human approval on anything sensitive.
