Appex Market lets independent vendors open their own Telegram shop. A vendor registers on the website, picks a plan, pays in Bitcoin or Litecoin, connects their own bot and gets an isolated store with products, cart, checkout, order tracking, support tickets, reviews, promo codes and shipping methods.
Buyers never leave Telegram. They shop through the chat bot, a Mini App, or both. The platform owns billing, tenant isolation and the bot runtime; each vendor owns their catalogue, customers and payout wallets. It is a working shop, not a shared marketplace aisle, so customers stay private to each vendor's brand.

Vendor signs up
Registers on the Next.js site, chooses Starter (commission) or Lifetime (0% commission) and receives a BTC/LTC invoice.
Payment is confirmed
A confirmation watcher follows the chain, handles under-payments and top-ups, then marks the plan paid.
A tenant is provisioned
A dedicated tenant database is created and the vendor's own Telegram bot token is stored encrypted.
The bot starts
The process manager launches that vendor's bot. Buyers open the chat or the Mini App at /m/{slug}.
Orders settle on-chain
Each order gets its own deposit address. Once confirmed, funds are split between the vendor and platform wallets.
Strict tenant isolation
A platform database plus a separate tenant_<id> database per shop. Every query is scoped, so there is no cross-vendor leakage.
Multi-bot runtime
A manager starts and stops one bot per paid tenant, with an optional backup bot and role swap.
Telegram Mini App
A React storefront for catalogue, cart, checkout and orders. Buyers are authenticated with Telegram WebApp initData (HMAC), not passwords.
Per-order crypto addresses
HD wallet derivation (BIP84) with a public-explorer fallback, a payment watcher, and split payouts.
Vendor console
Catalogue, orders, shipping, promos, reviews, customers and bot settings. Vendors can also run the shop from /admin inside Telegram.
Platform admin
Tenants, plan state, audit logs and bot start/stop from one console.
